Funktionsleiter (m/w/d) BR2000

What we look for:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Mechaniker-Beruf und Erfahrung in der Motorenmontage
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung zum (Industrie-) Meister
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit MTU-Motoren sowie Kenntnisse in der MTU-Organisation
  • Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung und ISO 9000
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Teams
  • Kenntnisse in der „Schlanken Produktion – Lean Management“
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP / MS Office Programmen
  • Gut ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, gute Organisations-und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, sowie Zuverlässigkeit
