Leiter (m/w/d) planende Logistik

What we offer:

  • Führung eines Teams von ca. 15 Mitarbeitern
  • Planung und Überwachung des logistischen Produktionsplanungs- und Montageprozesses bis zur Kundenauslieferung
  • Durchführung S&OP Prozesses für alle Produkte am Standort Ruhstorf
  • Einhaltung der Kundenliefertermine bei optimaler Auslastung der Produktionsbereiche und minimalen Beständen
  • Schnittstelle zum vertrieblichen Order Management und Kommunikation in Vertrieb / Business Units
  • Verantwortlich für das Management der Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten
    • Verantwortung für die Beschaffung des Produktionsmaterials
    • Kapazitätssicherung der Kaufteile auf Basis der operativen Planung
    • Einführung Absicherungs-/Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Bestellprozess
  • Steuerung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kapitalbindung / Bestandsreichweiten
 

What we look for:

  • Dipl-Ing. / Wi-Ing. Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Supply Chain Management wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistik-, SCM- oder Einkaufsbereich vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt in der Produktionslogistik im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Automotive
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition oder in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Auf Grund der vielfältigen Kommunikationsbeziehungen legen wir großen Wert auf Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen, aber auch Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Analytisches Denken und Entscheidungsfähigkeit, sowie starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten (Aufgabenbreite)
