Teamleiter Technologiemanagement (m/w/d)

  • Identifikation von neuen Technologien, die unser Business erhalten oder auch stark verändern können, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innovationsmanagement, der Konzernstrategie, dem Produktmanagement und dem Engineering.
  • Verantwortung für Erstellung und Pflege von Roadmaps zusammen mit den Technologiefeld- und Subsystemberatern zur zentralen Steuerung des Technologieportfolios.
  • Koordinierung Fördermittelmanagement.
  • Sicherstellung der Technologieintegration zusammen mit dem Engineering, dem Produktmanagement und den CFBUs.
  • Ansprechpartner für technologische Bewertung von externen Unternehmen (M&A, Partnering).
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Technologiemanagement Prozesse, Methoden- und Tools.
  • Interne Vermarkung des Technologieportfolios.
 

What we look for:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Starkes Interesse an neuen Technologien
  • Unternehmerisches und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Sehr strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten, durchsetzungsfähig und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf allen Berichtsebenen
  • Exzellente Moderations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe interkulturelle Fähigkeiten
