E/E Project Lead Marine (m/w/d)

What we look for:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einer Ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Disziplin
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise Qualifizierung zum Projektmanager
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Automatisierungs- und Leittechnik, Bussysteme, Bustopologien (Ethernet, CAN) sowie Hard- und Softwareentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement (idealerweise PTC)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich funktionalen Sicherheit und Product Cyber Security
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Fähigkeiten:

  • Kommunikationsstark und ausgeprägtes Selbstmanagement
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Pro-aktives Arbeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Belastbarkeit
