Maschinenbediener Sonderfertigung (m/w/d) - befristet/unbefristet

What we offer:

  • Rüsten und Bedienen von konv./CNC-Schleifmaschinen in der Sonderfertigung
  • Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus Bauteilzeichnungen, Fertigungs- und Prüfplänen
  • Wechseln, Voreinstellen und Feinjustage von Werkzeugen
  • Anpassung und ggf. Erstellung von NC-Programmen 
  • Eigenverantwortliches Prüfen von Bauteilen mit Hand- oder elektronischen Messmitteln
  • Durchführung von Pflege- und Überwachungstätigkeiten im Rahmen der „Total Productive Maintenance“ (TPM)     
 

What we look for:

  • Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker - Fachrichtung Produktionstechnik -, oder vergleichbare 3,5-jährige Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
  • Spezialqualifikation als Schleifer von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung an NC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen als Selbsteinrichter und eigenverantwortlicher Prüfer
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP R/3 wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und gelegentlicher Wochenendarbeit
