Senior UX Designer (m/w/d)

- Facilitate design process (end-to-end) in products and projects, co-create with Business and Technology and lead the designers and design partners to deliver simple, connected, and smart experience for our customers and employees.
- Work with multi-disciplinary product teams across multiple products in a global setup
- Plan and conduct user research, expert review, usability testing
- Support through various phases of the process by delivering customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, information architecture, interaction design
- Contribute to our Design system and ensure adherence to our Governance, Principles and quality standards
- Advocate passionately problem solving through human centered design, validation and iteration
- Contribute with the Design Team to the growth of Design practices, standards and our services in the organization
- Intrinsically be motivated to help us solve real problems for real users and jointly contribute to the company’s strategy
What we look for:
- Degree in one of the studies: Graphic/Communication/Digital Product Design, Psychology and/or equivalent working experience
- Several years of experience in UX Design with implementation across devices
- Experience with building / running & contributing to the Design System
- Mandatory: fluent in English
- Advantage:fluent in German
- Ability to work in agile work environment
