SMD/THT-Bestücker (m/w/d) in der Elektronikfertigung - befristet/unbefristet

What we offer:

  • Bauteile entsprechend Bestückplan und Leiterplatte zurichten (biegen/schneiden), Anlegen von neuen Rezepten am Bauteilbiegeautomat
  • Verschiedene Leiterplatten mit vielfältigen, unterschiedlichen Bauteiltypen und hoher Bestückdichte nach Vorgaben (Bestückplan, Laborunterlagen und Stückliste, teilweise nach Muster oder Vorlage) von Hand oder mithilfe von Halbautomaten bestücken
  • Prototypen und Muster (z. T. aufgrund von Laborunterlagen der Entwicklungsabteilung) von Hand bestücken
  • Nicht im SMD-Automat bestückbare Leiterplatten von Hand bestücken und löten
  • Bedienung von NC-gesteuerten Maschinen/Prüfgeräten innerhalb der Montageinseln
  • Programmieren von elektronischen Bauteilen im SMD/THT-Bereich
  • Rüsten und Bestücken z. B. des Pastendruckers und SMD-Bestückungsmaschinen
  • Montage, Prüfung und Reparatur von elektronischen Baugruppen
  • Prüfen von elektronischen Komponenten
 

What we look for:

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit elektronischen Bauteilen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Fingerfertigkeit im Umgang mit elektronischen Bauteilen
  • Lötkenntnisse entsprechend IPC-A-610
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation, Kommunikationsstärke
